Coaching Style & Specialisations
Ade’s intention as a coach is to co-create a reflective and fluid space where the client feels invited to bring the different aspects of themselves – these encompass the visible and invisible parts of their identity, along with their strengths, struggles, shadow, light and inner wisdom.
His coaching approach is person-centred which involves providing an environment where clients feel accepted and valued without judgment, they feel seen, heard and understood and where he is genuine and transparent. These conditions empower clients to explore new perspectives and set a course towards their goals, whilst engaging in a dialogue that delves beyond job-title, status or any presenting situation and facilitates meaningful personal and professional growth.
In sessions with clients, Ade aims to engage in a transformational dialogue that enables the implicit to become explicit and explore how that plays out personally, relationally and systemically. He believe in working with clients to create opportunities for them to identify any limiting beliefs that might be getting in the way of the fullest expression of themselves and deconstruct any habitual coping strategies. As a coach he is keen to support clients on their journey of growth and self-discovery by helping them cultivate nurturing habits for ongoing emotional and social hygiene.
