Her career highlights include spearheading transformative initiatives like the nationwide rollout of NHS 111 services, managing intricate rostering programs, and championing diversity and inclusion as part of the BAME group at the London Ambulance Service.
In addition to her operational leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic, Nahida has facilitated countless workplace investigations, mediations, and roundtable discussions, helping teams not only resolve conflicts but also unlock their potential for growth and collaboration.
