Jacob’s journey has seen him operate in various commercial leadership roles, from running and selling an SME to fostering connections in a global legal network. He has an MBA from Durham University Business School and a Law degree from Nottingham Law School.
In his role as Senior Account Manager, Jacob leverages his strategic experience to support our clients in creating purpose-led, person-centred, and values-based workplaces. He has a true passion for people and is a certified Executive Coach himself, which informs his understanding and empathetic approach at Engage Coaching. He is a valuable asset in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and getting to know their individual needs.
Outside of work, Jacob is a keen sportsperson, playing elite-level amateur golf and participating in triathlons and road running events. He enjoys exploring new cultures through travel and delving into topics such as psychology, sociology, and communication.
