Katrina is a writer and designer driven by curiosity. This curiosity fuels her passion for understanding and giving a platform to peoples’ stories; delving into what makes them tick, why, and how we can use this to foster strong, positive cultures and communities. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Art History from The University of York and a PG Degree in Web Design and Development.
Katrina’s diverse experience in MarComms includes supporting Women in Tech international conferences, leading marketing efforts for organisations focussed on systemic racial issues, and serving as an editor for arts and culture publications. In her spare time she enjoys exploring new corners of the globe, watching films, reading about psychology and dabbling in creative pursuits.
Her focus is to ensure that Engage Coaching’s missions and values are effectively communicated, driving meaningful engagement, empowering people in their careers and building lasting relationships.
